Fresh & Healthy New Year!

One of my goals for 2013 is to cook (or Richard cook) paleo meals, 90% of the time! We had been eating paleo style for a few weeks, but the holidays got us a bit out of whack so we decided to take every last bit of non-paleo food up to the cabin for our week in Tahoe. It was weird coming home to an bare fridge (especially when I woke up to no breakfast on the stove!!), reminded me of the day we moved in (or college life), but now we have a fully-stocked kitchen of fresh & healthy foods! So exciting!!!!
