28 Days.

Who else is having a little freak out knowing that spring is exactly 4 weeks away?!!! The past 6 weeks I've been living life a little too excessively and with a handful of weddings and events coming up it is officially day 1 of 'get your ass in gear'. My trainer is impatiently waiting for my gym return and I am more than eager to finally go grocery shopping...no more trips to Whole Foods on my lunch break. And absolutely no more alcohol. Luckily I went wine tasting yesterday to help get my last indulgences in.

Motivation Monday is BACK! Today I will (fingers crossed) get back to healthy eating habits & 3-5 times a week gym sessions! What are you doing to get ready for Spring?! and you can't say nothing because even fit girls have seen this seasons Victoria Secret Swimsuit Catalog and they are prepping for the coming season!
Yep. I love Walking Dead so this is definitely happening! TV time is no longer going to be for relaxing.

  3. Girl... 4-5x a week is my routine. I need to eliminate sugar and alcohol to tighten up my diet and hopefully lose the last 20. So much discipline is necessary, it is hard!
